Discover Green Garden
Located in Buriram, North-East Thailand, near the Cambodian and Laotian borders, Green Garden farm was established in 2014. It all started with bare land, where banana trees were first planted to enrich the soil. Since then, the area has thrived, transforming into a vibrant ecosystem teeming with fruit trees, herbs, moringa, ivy, and edible flowers—all cultivated without the use of pesticides.

made from seasonal fruits and vegetables that you will not have the chance of coming across in any restaurant. The most delicious meals packed with nutrients I have tried in Thailand.

We learned so much about harvesting and building a small agri culture farm. The food was delicious and the balance between working and relaxing was perfect. A big shoutout to Miss Green for hosting us and making us feel at home. We feel grateful and wiser.

I've learned a lot with Green not just about the farm but also about life. Shes not a woman of many words but with good eyes you can see how much she cares about the nature and her family. ive also learned how to cook in a thai kitchen (wich ive never seen before) but reminded me a lot of my granny and the life they had in the past.

Since its founding, the organic vegan farm in Thailand has made a remarkable impact by planting thousands of trees, restoring the natural environment and promoting sustainability. It has also inspired the next generation, with dozens of children participating in educational classes on organic farming, environmental stewardship, and healthy living.

Our focus
Our farm is dedicated to cultivating high-quality vegan produce, free from meat, eggs, fish, and harmful chemicals. Every ingredient is grown right here, using natural methods for the freshest, most nourishing food.
We take pride in transforming our farm’s harvest into delicious dishes, from our signature moringa pasta to a variety of local Thai vegan meals. Every meal reflects the care and passion we put into plant-based cooking, from garden to table.
Visitors can take part the unique process behind creating our vegan dishes, learning firsthand how to prepare meals using the fresh produce grown directly on our land.

We collaborate with GreenWEF, an organization dedicated to supporting youth, women, and disadvantaged groups in our community. Together, we help them develop skills, earn a sustainable income, and pursue careers in related fields.
Our story
I’m Chonthicha, though most people know me as “Green Angel.” I have been vegan for over 35 years. I am driven by a deep passion for organic farming, permaculture, and community empowerment. My journey began as an English teacher, where I drew on my background in environmental and social enterprises to inspire my students. After working internationally for more than two decades, I now host volunteers from across the globe at my Green Garden Food Forest in Buriram. By cultivating crops like lemongrass and moringa, I help provide sustainable income for local farmers while encouraging younger generations to embrace environmentally responsible practices. I am committed to fostering a positive, professional learning environment in our Bangkok-based courses, contributing to a greener, more sustainable future for all.

No better place to learn about permaculture and live like a real Thai farmer.
We had a really good time at the project. The host is a good example of female empowerment and we wish her all the best of luck in creating this little heaven. Everyday we had good and healthy food. As non vegans we learnt a lot about eating meals without meat or chicken. The tasks were very different from each other, which we liked very much :)
